Barbuda

It has to be seen at least once in lifetime: it is the typical fabulous place with endless sandy beaches, often desert.

The animals live in the wild and it is easy to meet several living beings.

It is integral part of Antigua and in the XVII century it was ceded to an important English family, the Codrington, whose name define still today the main town, in truth very modest and scarcely inhabited.

A big coral plateau surround the island, which boasts long sandy beaches overlook turquoise and clear waters.

Here there are several species of fishes and shellfishes, a real paradise for scuba divers who can also search for the wrecks of ancient ships.

The coast is surrounded by the reef and dangerous shoals make the anchorage very difficult.

In the south you can find the most important and elegant tourist complexes and hotels.

There is also a little aerodrome for private planes; so it is easy to understand that it is an exclusive way to spend holidays.

In the island the environment is preserved by reserves and protected zones in both sea and land.
